Hearts & Crown is an online shop offering personalized gifts, apparel, home decor, accessories, and made-to-order products.

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer our products and services.

2. Products and Orders

We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, colors, sizes, materials, and customization options.

Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, printing methods, and materials. Minor variations are normal for made-to-order products.

We reserve the right to correct product information errors, limit quantities, or decline orders where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraudulent transactions. If we cancel a paid order, we will provide an appropriate refund.

3. Personalized and Custom Products

Customers are responsible for reviewing names, dates, spelling, photographs, sizes, colors, and other personalization details before placing an order.

Production may begin shortly after purchase. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible, subject to applicable consumer rights.

By submitting photographs, artwork, text, or other materials for customization, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permissions for us to reproduce them on your ordered products.

You grant Hearts & Crown permission to use your submitted materials solely as necessary to create and fulfill your order, including sharing them with our production partners.

We may decline customization requests that infringe intellectual property rights or violate applicable laws.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you before proceeding.

5. Production and Shipping

Many Hearts & Crown products are produced on demand through third-party production partners.

Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shipping times may vary based on product type, production location, destination, carrier operations, and seasonal demand.

Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.

6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Because many of our products are made to order or personalized, returns and exchanges may be limited.

Unless otherwise indicated, original designs, product photography, website content, graphics, and branding created by Hearts & Crown belong to Hearts & Crown or their respective rights holders.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use our original content without authorization.

Customers retain ownership of their own submitted photographs and artwork.
